Please welcome and congratulate Mrs. Jon LeBlanc who is the newly appointed Director of Disaster Relief and Emergency Services.  As a retired nurse, Mrs. LeBlanc has the compassion and drive to assist those who are going through disasters and emergencies.  Mrs. LeBlanc is assembling a disaster team who will work diligently to ensure that the community is helped in a timely fashion during and after disasters and emergencies.  Mrs. LeBlanc is a real go-getter, a hard worker and will be an asset in her new position with Help Corp.  Congratulations and welcome aboard Mrs. Jon LeBlanc.

Helping Elevate Low-income People, (HELP Corp) mission is dedicated to helping low-income people by providing mentors, education, counseling and financial assistance.  Our goal is to reduce recidivism in communities and give people hope for the future.  By assisting the two most important essentials in any adult's life, housing and employment, we help to create productive citizens that can provide care for themselves and their families.

 

Volunteers are a must for us to succeed but, donations keep us assisting many people.  With your help we can make a major impact in the lives of  so many people who are not able to help themselves.  Please volunteer and donate today!!!

Corp, We support the needy through various programs that cultivate empowerment, confidence and growth by offering a variety of services and options. Among these are services to assist during and after a disaster through the Disaster Relief Center, assistance for senior citizens and shut-ins, food pantry, housing assistance and many more.

​

One of the many exciting projects we do is organizing events for our senior citizens to interact. Every Tuesday, over 150 senior citizens come together, have lunch, play games and win prizes.

​

Help Corp is growing and moving into new directions. We are now registered in Louisiana and we are thrilled to offer help to the masses that will be coming to us for service.

​

Help Corp works has a team of volunteers who offer assistance in delivering our services and their effort is highly appreciated.

​

We are able to offer our services through donations and we invite you to work with us in our mission to support the needy. All donations are highly appreciated and are tax deductible. On February 8, 2020, Help Corp Disaster Team participated in the annual Cert Rodeo.  If was fun and very educational.  Everyone learned so much about disaster assistance.  We look forward to the next Cert Rodeo.

The mission of HELP Corp is to empower low-income and poor people through mentors, education, counseling and financial assistance with the hope  they become productive and successful individuals and to reduce recidivism that plague our communities.

Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization.  Without them we could not exist.  We have many areas of work that a person can volunteer; from office work to helping locate housing and employment for our clients  to delivering food and supplies to a needy family.  Please volunteer today!!!

HELP Corp exists primarily through donations.  Our goal is to provide assistance to as many low-income people as possible.  With your donations many people will receive the much needed help to survive day by day.  We need your donations to help these people.
